About RaftPrint

No middlemen,
no margin stacking

We don’t broker — we print, finish and ship from our own floor. Every layer, every cure, every measurement is on us.

A workshop of five engineers and three operators, running printers around the clock, packing parts the same day they leave the build plate.

Own machines.

No outsourcing, no markup on someone else’s print bed.

Measured parts.

Caliper-checked dimensions, with the report in your inbox.

Fixed-price quotes.

Once we send a number, it does not move during production.

Material traceability.

Batch and supplier logged for every spool and resin bottle.

In their words

What clients say after the second order

B2B clients almost always come back. Here is why.

They turned around 220 drone mounts in four days. Same tolerances on every batch, packed and labelled — we just opened the box and bolted them on.
DM D. MarchenkoProcurement, OSINT lab
A real engineering partner — they pushed back on three of my wall thicknesses and saved me a week of reprints. Quote stayed exactly where they wrote it.
OV Olha VoronovaIndustrial designer
We use them for monthly merch runs. Branding is sharp, the packaging is gift-ready and lead time has not slipped once in eight months.
Common questions

Answers, in plain language

01

What files do you accept?

STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF and IGES. If you only have a sketch or photo, we can model it for you — that goes under the Design & Engineering service.
+
02

Can you sign an NDA before I share files?

Yes. We use a standard mutual NDA and can co-sign yours if your legal team prefers. Files stay on encrypted storage and are deleted on request once the job ships.
+
03

What tolerances should I expect?

FDM ±0.15 mm typical, ±0.08 mm achievable on calibrated machines. SLA ±0.05 mm. For anything below ±0.05 mm we’ll suggest a post-machining pass.
+
04

Do you do batch production?

Yes — up to ~5 000 units a month for FDM. We dedicate a printer bay and a single operator to each batch run.
+
05

Can you ship internationally?

We ship Nova Poshta Global, DHL and UPS from Kyiv. Customs documents prepared on our side.
+
06

How is pricing calculated?

Material weight × per-gram rate + machine time + post-processing. The calculator above gives a real preview; final quote arrives within 4 working hours.
